SilverLining Design was awarded the job of creating and developing the website for The Fourth Ward Square Apartment Homes, in uptown Charlotte, North Carolina. The Fourth Ward Square had grown tired of having their online presence being managed by firms that represented every apartment community. They needed to manage their own site and have the ability to have visitors come directly to the source.

The Fourth Ward Square community offers a unique selection of elegant apartment homes accented with rich Victorian colors and trimmed in cool greenery. The private setting embraces the image of a charming village square, yet is only minutes from uptown dining, entertainment and business. Distinctive luxuries include sun rooms, vaulted or tray ceilings, security systems, fitness center and a showcase club house.

Work will begin immediately on the design of their new website. It will include all 7 floor plans, a virtual tour of the apartments, amenities, information request form and service scheduling. A content management system will be built into the site for the apartment management to have the ability to change pricing, amenities and other information as needed. A spring launch is planned for the site.
